Is there a dress code?+
After sunset, smart casual is expected in our dining venues and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; we will lend a jacket from our cloakroom on request. Beach attire is welcome at the pools and lagoon bars throughout the day. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not permitted in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.
Is the casino open 24/7?+
Our main gaming floor runs from 14:00 to 04:00 daily. Private salons for high-stakes play can open earlier or stay open later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. Membership cards are not required for table play; chips can be purchased and cashed at the cage during all open hours.
How far is the airport?+
Roughly thirty-five minutes by private car along the coastal road in normal conditions, or fifty-five minutes if your driver takes the scenic inland route through the vineyards (we recommend this on arrival days when there is no hurry). By helicopter from the resort helipad, the journey is twelve minutes door-to-door.
What ages are admitted?+
Our property welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, in line with our gaming licence and the character of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested on arrival. Children are warmly welcomed at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
A coastal retreat, 35 years in the making.
Marinapavilion began in 1991 as a single villa on a quiet bay, and expanded only when we were certain we could grow without losing what made it worth visiting. 35 years on, we keep 120 rooms and suites, two kitchens and two gaming rooms, and we still turn away more business than we accept.
Luxury, to us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to ask for, the driver who recalls your name, the table held an hour past closing because you were still talking. We hire for that instinct and we keep the people who have it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the whole strategy. We would rather 70 percent of a smaller number come back every year than chase a larger one that never does.
